Nomenclator is from the Latin for "name caller." A nomenclator was originally a person who accompanied a noble to identify the people met when campaigning for office.

Now Nomenclator, the system, helps you name people when you do not recall their unique identifiers (e.g. their email addresses). The Internet Nomenclator Project provides fast, integrated access to name servers from around the world. We hope that you will participate.
