The programs from the book are in ASCII files, grouped
by chapter into directories
chapter01,
chapter02, ...,
chapter15. Within each directory are README files.
For example,
chapter03 has
README03.c describing the
C/C++ source files and
README03.p describing the
Pascal source files.
